I’ve submitted the novel for consideration in a NetGalley co-op program in hopes of connecting advance review copies with readers, reviewers, librarians, booksellers, and members of the publishing community ahead of this fall’s release.
As an independent author, finding ways to place a new book in front of the right readers can be one of the biggest challenges in publishing, so opportunities like this are worth pursuing.
Hampton Roads Gold is a crime and psychological thriller set in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia in 1980, following master goldsmith Rhett Carver as he becomes entangled in a dangerous world of smuggling, loyalty, and consequences that grow larger with every crossing of the Chesapeake Bay.
